Loyalty & Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This promotion (“Poolrite Summer Deals”) is conducted by Poolrite Pty Ltd (ABN 11001674004) of 3/56 Lavarack Ave, Eagle Farm QLD 4009 (“the Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period

The promotion runs from 1 December 2025 to 28 February 2026 inclusive (“Promotion Period”). Entries or purchases made outside this period will not qualify.

3. Eligibility

  • Open to Poolrite trade and retail customers located in Australia who purchase eligible Poolrite products from authorised Poolrite distributors during the Promotion Period.

  • Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.

  • Employees of Poolrite Pty Ltd, its related entities, distributors, agencies, and their immediate families are ineligible to participate.

4. How to Earn Points

  1. Customers will earn 20 points for every $1 spent (ex-GST) on eligible Poolrite products purchased during the Promotion Period.

  2.  Points are calculated based on the total invoiced amount of eligible purchases (excluding freight, returns, or cancelled orders).

  3. Points are valid only for the duration of this promotion and have no cash or monetary value outside the promotion.

5. Bonus Discount Tiers

  • Spend $2,000 – $4,999 (ex-GST) and receive an additional 3% discount. 
  • Spend $5,000 or more (ex-GST) and receive an additional 6% discounts. Discounts do not stack; the higher eligible tier applies to the total spend.


6. How to redeem Rewards

  1. At the end of the Promotion Period, participants will receive an email summarising their total points earned.

  2.  Participants may redeem their points for items in the official Poolrite Rewards Catalogue by contacting info@poolrite.com.

  3. Redemption requests must be submitted by 31 March 2026.
  4.  Unredeemed points will expire after that date.
  5. Once a participant has redeemed their points or claimed a prize, the qualifying purchases used to earn those points cannot be returned, cancelled, or credited. If a return or credit is made after points have been redeemed or prizes issued, the Promoter reserves the right to recover the value of the reward or invoice the participant for the value of the redeemed reward.


7. General Conditions

  • Points cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
  • Rewards are subject to availability. If an advertised reward becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a reward of equal or greater value.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of purchases and participants and to disqualify any entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, delayed, lost, or misdirected entries or communications.
  • Participants must retain copies of invoices or proof of purchase for verification.
  • The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • Returned or credited goods are ineligible for points accumulation, and any points previously allocated for such transactions will be voided.


8. Privacy

  • Personal information collected during this promotion will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion, verifying eligibility, awarding rewards, and communicating with participants.

9.  Limitation of Liability

  • Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Poolrite Pty Ltd and its associated agencies are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance of any reward.


10.  Compliance with Australian Law

  • This promotion complies with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law, and applicable State/Territory fair-trading regulations.
    • No entry fee or lottery element is involved.
    • The promotion is a trade-promotion loyalty program (not a game of chance).
    • All advertised rewards and discounts will be honoured as offered.
      This promotion is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
