Poolrite Summer Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Poolrite Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 11 001 674 004) of 3/56 Lavarack Ave, Eagle Farm QLD 4009.

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

  • Employees of Poolrite Australia Pty Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

  • The promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on 1 December 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 28 February 2026 (“Promotional Period”).

  • Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter, eligible participants must, during the Promotional Period:

  1. Purchase a Poolrite pump from an authorised Poolrite dealer or reseller in Australia; and

  2. Register their purchase by uploading their receipt and providing required contact details via the official Poolrite competition entry page here.

5. Prize

  • There is one (1) prize to be won: a Firehawk Pellet Smoker & Grill.

  • The total prize value is AUD $999.

  • The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.


6. Winner Selection

  • The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries at Poolrite Australia’s office on 6 March 2026.

  • The winner will be notified within 5 business days of the draw via the contact details provided at entry.


7. Unclaimed Prize

  • If the prize is not claimed within 30 days of notification, Poolrite Australia reserves the right to conduct a redraw and award the prize to another eligible entrant.


8. General Conditions

  • Only one entry is permitted per Poolrite pump purchased.

  • Entrants must retain their purchase receipt as proof of purchase. Failure to produce proof of purchase when requested may, at the discretion of the Promoter, result in disqualification.

  • The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, delayed, lost, or not received for any reason.

  • The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by any entrant or prize winner (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.


9. Privacy

  • Poolrite Australia will collect and store personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

  • By entering the competition, entrants consent to their information being used for the purpose of administering this promotion and for marketing purposes.


10. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
